We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards. There may be instances, such as refurbishment, maintenance, changes in legislation or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control, where some facilities, services and treatments may not be available or are temporarily withdrawn.

The Ocean Spa reserves the right to make such changes without prior notice.

Any photography or imagery used within our website, brochure, promotional material and on display within our facilities are intended for general guidance only.

Guests

All guests must be 18 or over. Guests aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Spa etiquette

No mobile phones are permitted within the spa, and clients are advised to switch all electronics off before leaving the changing rooms.

Notification of general health

Please confirm any medical conditions that we should be aware of at the time of booking, such as heart conditions, diabetes, skin conditions etc. If you are pregnant, you will need to consult your GP before booking your treatment, unless booking from our ‘Yummy Mummy’ section specifically designed to support you during pregnancy.

Some treatments will require a skin sensitivity patch test up to 24 hours before your treatment. You will be advised at the time of booking if this is the case.

Payment details

All bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation. We accept all major debit & credit cards with the exception of American Express. We no longer accept cheques without card verification. When booking with a gift certificate, a valid credit or debit card number will need to be confirmed at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. You must bring your gift certificate on the day of your treatment to complete payment.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for products or services under any circumstances. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Please note all gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Cancellation policy

All bookings can be changed once. Any bookings cancelled or changed less than 24 hours before will be forfeited and full payment lost.
